Genesis 8:21

וַ יָּרַח יְהוָה אֶת רֵיחַ הַ נִּיחֹחַ וַ יֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל לִבֹּו לֹא אֹסִף לְ קַלֵּל עֹוד אֶת הָ אֲדָמָה בַּ עֲבוּר הָ אָדָם כִּי יֵצֶר לֵב הָ אָדָם רַע מִ נְּעֻרָיו וְ לֹא אֹסִף עֹוד לְ הַכֹּות אֶת כָּל חַי כַּ אֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתִי
And Yahweh is smelling the pleasant fragrance,328 and Yahweh is saying toward his heart,329 `I am not adding to disesteem again the Red-one in the sake of the Red-one, for the form330 of the heart of the Red-one, ruined-one from his youth.331 And I am not causing to add to smite again אֶת-the whole of a living-one, as when I have made;

Strong’s #3336, yetser. Form. Singular. From the verb yatsar, to form, fashion as Yahweh elohim formed the red-one from the dust, Genesis 2:7.
