RBT Translation:

And he is blessing/kneeling elohim אֶת-them, and he is saying to-themselves, `Elohim, be fruitful, and be abundant, and fill אֶת-the Earth, and subdue her,52 and rule in a fish of the Sea, and in a flying-one of the Dual-Heavens, and in the whole of the living-one of the One-who-glides upon the Earth.`

RBT Paraphrase:
And mighty ones is blessing/kneeling their eternal selves, and mighty ones is saying to themselves, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill up the eternal self Earth, and tread her down [under your feet], and rule within the fish of the Sea, and within the bird of the Dual Heavenly ones, and within the whole of the life of She who Glides swiftly upon the Earth."
LITV Translation:
And God blessed them; and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over birds of the heavens, and over all beasts creeping on the earth.
ESV Translation:
And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And God blessed them, saying, Increase and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the seas and flying creatures of heaven, and all the cattle and all the earth, and all the reptiles that creep on the earth.

Strong’s #3533, kabash. To tread down. As under the feet (cf. Gesenius Hebrew Leixcon). This verb construct has the third-person feminine singular as its object, וְכִבְשֻׁ֑הָ vekibshu-ha and you all tread her. Ther earth is his footstool. The word speaks of conquest or causing to come in into subjection/bondage. See Esther 7:8 where the the verb is used in the context of assaulting a woman; conquering enemies in Zechariah 9:15; El trampling our sins in Micah 7:18-19; forcing slaves back into slavery in Jeremiah 34:11; the Israelites subduing the land in Joshua 18:1.
