נסתם (nistam Strong's #5640)– Not an infinitive with a possessive suffix, as has been traditionally interpreted. From the root סתם meaning "to shut up, close off, or block." It is in the Niphal verb stem, which conveys a passive or reflexive action. In the Perfect, 3rd person, Masculine, Singular "He/it was closed" / "He/it became sealed" / "He/it was blocked."
