Genesis 8:3

And turning back are the Dual-Waters from off the Earth, walking and turning back; and the Dual-Waters are decreasing303 from the extremity304 of a hundred and fifty hot-one.

Strong’s #7097, qatseh. End, extremity. This is not a word in relation to time but rather space. For example, Genesis 47:21, “as to the people he has removed him to cities from extremity [qatseh] of the border of Egypt and toward extremity [qatseh].” It is from the root qatsah which means to cut off.
