Genesis 49:24

וַ תֵּשֶׁב בְּ אֵיתָן קַשְׁתֹּו וַ יָּפֹזּוּ זְרֹעֵי יָדָיו מִ ידֵי אֲבִיר יַעֲקֹב מִ שָּׁם רֹעֶה אֶבֶן יִשְׂרָאֵל
And his bow is sitting in a reoccurrence.1375 And the arms of his hands are leaping from the hands of a mighty-one of Heel,1376 from there is he-who-tends a stone of El-Strives.

ReoccuringEternal?

Strong’s #386, ethan. Reoccurring, continual, perennial. Adjective. Sometimes interpreted as ever-flowing, this may actually be the word closest to our concept of “eternal”, i.e. something that does not cease. Gesenius points out that it is especially used of water (streams, rivers, sea, etc.). 1 Kings 8:2 speaks of the (7th) month of “perennial” streams which is understood as streams that reoccur.
