Genesis 4:16
וַ יֵּצֵא קַיִן מִ לִּ פְנֵי יְהוָה וַ יֵּשֶׁב בְּ אֶרֶץ נֹוד קִדְמַת עֵדֶן
And Spearhead is going out from-to the faces182 of Yahweh, and he is sitting in the Earth of Wandering183 in front [east] of Eden.
| 182 | Hebrew מִלִּפְנֵ֣י, milipne. Plural faces with a double prefix, from-to. There is a saying, “From-out of ourselves they went out, except not they were from-out of ourselves, for if from-out of ourselves they were, they would have remained with ourselves, except so that it might be manifested that they are not the whole from-out of ourselves.” 1 John 2:19 literal |
