וַ יָּמָת יֹובָב וַ יִּמְלֹךְ תַּחְתָּיו חֻשָׁם מֵ אֶרֶץ הַ תֵּימָנִי

And Crier is dying, and reigning under him is Haste1143 from the earth of the South-Wind.
