Genesis 30:27

וַ יֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו לָבָן אִם נָא מָצָאתִי חֵן בְּ עֵינֶיךָ נִחַשְׁתִּי וַ יְבָרֲכֵנִי יְהוָה בִּ גְלָלֶךָ
And White is saying toward him, `If, now, I have found a favored-one in your eyes, I have hissed979 but Yahweh is kneeling me in your account.`

Strong’s #5172, nachash. To hiss like a snake. A primitive root; properly, to hiss, i.e. Whisper a (magic) spell. The noun nechash #5174 means brass/bronze and nachash #5175 means serpent/snake.
