Genesis 30:24

וַ תִּקְרָא אֶת שְׁמֹו יֹוסֵף לֵ אמֹר יֹסֵף יְהוָה לִי בֵּן אַחֵר

And she is calling-out אֶת-his name He-Adds,^* to say, `Yahweh is adding to-myself a builder of a back-one.`
