Genesis 28:4

And he is giving to-yourself אֶת-the kneeled-one of Father-of-Tumult, to-yourself and to your seed את-you, to inherit yourself,924 the Earth of your offroad-places,925 which elohim has given to Father-of-Tumult.`
924

Hebrew לְרִשְׁתְּךָ֙. To inherit you/yourself. Infinitive construct is the same as that in Genesis 15:7, לְרִשְׁתָּהּ to inherit her (the Earth) and in 1 Kings 21:16, לְרִשְׁתּוֺ to inherit him. Rendering this as a causative is incorrect. Qal infinitive verb.
