Genesis 17:14

וְ עָרֵל זָכָר אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִמֹּול אֶת בְּשַׂר עָרְלָתֹו וְ נִכְרְתָה הַ נֶּפֶשׁ הַ הִוא מֵ עַמֶּיהָ אֶת בְּרִיתִי הֵפַר
And an uncircumcised one of a male who is not being circumcised אֵת-a flesh of his foreskin, the Breath of Himself 623 has been cut off from her people; he has broken624 אֵת-my cut-out-one.`

Hebrew הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖וא, ha-nephesh ha-hu. The mystery masculine pronoun + definite article is used with the feminine noun “Breath”.
