Genesis 15:13

And he is saying to Raised-Father, `To perceive you are perceiving that an offroader he is becoming, your seed, in an earth not theirs,573 and they have served them, and they have faced574 them four hundred of a duplication,

The sentences correlate the singular noun seed with the plural them and they because the seed of Father-of-Tumult is not just one builder, but many. This helps us understand what Paul was saying in Galatians 3:16, “The promises were spoken to Father-of-Tumult and to his seed. The Scripture does not say, “and to seeds,” meaning many, but ‘and to your seed,’ meaning One, who is Christ.” That is, Christ himself begins a new lineage of “saviors” who stem from the one seed by abiding in Him/His Word.
