Genesis 11:4
וַ יֹּאמְרוּ הָבָה נִבְנֶה לָּנוּ עִיר וּ מִגְדָּל וְ רֹאשֹׁו בַ שָּׁמַיִם וְ נַעֲשֶׂה לָּנוּ שֵׁם פֶּן נָפוּץ עַל פְּנֵי כָל הָ אָרֶץ
And they say, `Pay, we are building for ourselves a city and tower, and his shaking-one in the Dual-Heavens,435 and we are making for ourselves a name, so that we are not being dashed-in-pieces upon the faces of the whole of the Earth.`
