Genesis 10:29

וְ אֶת אֹופִר וְ אֶת חֲוִילָה וְ אֶת יֹובָב כָּל אֵלֶּה בְּנֵי יָקְטָן

and Ophir,⁴¹⁸ and Circled, and Crier.⁴¹⁹ The whole of these ones are builders of Small.⁴²⁰
