Genesis 10:25
וּ לְ עֵבֶר יֻלַּד שְׁנֵי בָנִים שֵׁם הָ אֶחָד פֶּלֶג כִּי בְ יָמָיו נִפְלְגָה הָ אָרֶץ וְ שֵׁם אָחִיו יָקְטָן
And to Beyond have two builders been born; the name of the One is Division for in his days the Earth has been divided,412 and his brother’s name is Small.413
