καὶ ὑπομονὴν ἔχεις καὶ ἐβάστασας διὰ τὸ ὄνομά μου καὶ οὐκ ἐκοπίασας.

And you are holding an enduring one and you have carried because of the Name of myself, and you have not worn out.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And thou hast borne, and thou hast patience, and for my name hast thou been wearied, and thou hast not been broken by toil.

LITV Translation:
And I know you bore up and have patience and on account of My name you have labored and have not wearied,

ESV Translation:
I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary.
