Matthew 21:38

Οἱ δὲ γεωργοὶ ἰδόντες τὸν υἱὸν εἶπον ἐν ἑαυτοῖς, Οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ κληρονόμος· δεῦτε, ἀποκτείνωμεν αὐτόν, καὶ κατάσχωμεν τὴν κληρονομίαν αὐτοῦ.

And the Earth-Workers, those who have perceived the Son said within their own selves, "This one is the Heir. Come! Let us kill away himself and we should hold charge over the Inheritance of himself!"

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And the farmers, seeing the son, said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and possess his inheritance.

LITV Translation:
But seeing the son, the vinedressers said among themselves, This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and get hold of his inheritance.

ESV Translation:
But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and have his inheritance.’
