Ἐὰν οὖν ὁ υἱὸς ὑμᾶς ἐλευθερώσῃ, ὄντως ἐλεύθεροι ἔσεσθε.

If therefore the son is setting free yourselves, you will be actually/in reality free.

LITV Translation:
Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.
