John 8:21

Εἶπεν οὖν πάλιν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς, Ἐγὼ ὑπάγω, καὶ ζητήσετέ με, καὶ ἐν τῇ ἁμαρτίᾳ ὑμῶν ἀποθανεῖσθε· ὅπου ἐγὼ ὑπάγω, ὑμεῖς οὐ δύνασθε ἐλθεῖν.

He said therefore backward to themselves, "I, myself is bringing under, and you will search for myself, but within the Miss of yourselves, you will die off! Where myself is bringing under, you, yourselves are not able to come!

ἀποθνῄσκω - Not dying, but dying away/off completely

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
Then said Jesus again to them, I retire, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: where I retire, ye cannot come.

LITV Translation:
Then Jesus said to them again, I go, and you will seek Me. And you will die in your sin. Where I go, you are not able to come.
