Chapter 5
John 5:7

RBT Hebrew Literal:
Not holding a Man
The one who is being weak separated to self, "Master, I am not holding a man, so that when the Water should be troubled, he might throw myself into the Swimming Bath. But within one whom I, myself am coming, another one in front of myself is climbing down!"Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
He being sick answered him, Lord, I have no man, that, when the water was troubled, he might cast me into the pool: and in which I am coming, another steps down before me.
He being sick answered him, Lord, I have no man, that, when the water was troubled, he might cast me into the pool: and in which I am coming, another steps down before me.
LITV Translation:
The infirm one answered Him, Lord, I do not have a man, that when the water is agitated he may throw me into the pool; but while I am coming, another goes down before me.
The infirm one answered Him, Lord, I do not have a man, that when the water is agitated he may throw me into the pool; but while I am coming, another goes down before me.
