The Only Begotten Man From Herself Above
Conqueror of the People is saying to himself, "How is a man able to be begotten? He who is an old man is not able to come into the Belly of the Second Mother of himself and be begotten."70c

Nicodemus said to Him, How is a man able to be born, being old? He is not able to enter into his mother's womb a second time and be born?
ESV Translation:
Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

Greek τῆς μητρὸς αὐτοῦ δεύτερον. the mother of himself second. δεύτερον (deuteron) means second in place, rank. Not twice, or again, or a second time.
