Ὁ λαβὼν αὐτοῦ τὴν μαρτυρίαν ἐσφράγισεν ὅτι ὁ Θεὸς ἀληθής ἐστιν.

RBT Translation:

The one who has taken hold of the witness of himself, has set his seal/mark that the God is real/true.

LITV Translation:
The one receiving His testimony has sealed that God is true.

ESV Translation:
Whoever receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true.
