If you might send away the Misses of anyone, they have been sent away to themselves. If you might hold fast anyone, they are held fast.
LITV Translation:
Of whomever you forgive the sins, they are forgiven to them. Or whomever you may retain, they are retained.
ESV Translation:
If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.”
