John 12:22

Ἔρχεται Φίλιππος καὶ λέγει τῷ Ἀνδρέᾳ· καὶ πάλιν Ἀνδρέας καὶ Φίλιππος λέγουσι τῷ Ἰησοῦ.

RBT Hebrew Literal:

The Lover of the Horse is coming and is saying to the Manly, "Manly is coming, and Lover of the Horse, and they are speaking to the Salvation."⁹⁷

Philip comes and says to Andrew: and again Andrew and Philip say to Jesus.

LITV Translation:
Philip came and told Andrew, and again Andrew and Philip told Jesus.

ESV Translation:
Philip went and told Andrew; Andrew and Philip went and told Jesus.

Greek λέγει τῷ Ἀνδρέᾳ ἔρχεται Ἀνδρέας. he is speaking to Andrew, he is coming Andrew... There is no conjunction between these words. The names are repeated in the nominative for a reason. They are speaking to themselves.
