The whole creeper which himself is living-one to-yourselves he is becoming to a food335 like the green grass I have given to you אֶת-the whole.

Every creeping thing which is alive shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green plant.

And every reptile which is living shall be to you for meat, I have given all things to you as the green herbs.

It is used by the Psalmist of Sea creatures, “This, the Sea, great and broad of hands, There are crawling (remes) things -- innumerable, Living creatures -- small with great.” All animals are crawling creatures. Man and woman are the only upright creatures. Like the green grass I have given you… This refers to Genesis 1:29 where elohim gave all the plants for food. Now all the crawlers are given for food. |
