My father has sevened me, to say, Behold, Myself is he-who-dies, in my burying-place which I have dug to-myself in the earth of Humbled, there you are burying me. And now, I am ascending, now, and I am burying אֶת-my father, and I am turning-back.`

My father made me swear, saying, Lo, I am dying; you shall bury me there in the grave which I have dug for myself in the land of Canaan. And now please let me go up and bury my father, and return.
