And the whole of the Earth has come in to Dual-Siege to break-in-pieces toward He-Adds, for the Hungry-one has strengthened in the whole of the Earth.

LITV Translation:
And all the earth came to Egypt to buy, to Joseph. For the famine was strong in all the earth.

ESV Translation:
Moreover, all the earth came to Egypt to Joseph to buy grain, because the famine was severe over all the earth.

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And all countries came to Egypt to buy of Joseph, for the famine prevailed in all the earth.
