And now, he-who-is-cursed173 is your eternal self from out of the Red-one, who has parted174 אֶת-her mouth to take אֶת-the blood-ones of your brother from your hand.
RBT Paraphrase:
"My blood poured out for many" - Matt. 26:28
And
now
, cursed is your eternal self from out of the Ground of Adam. Straightly she has parted her eternal self mouth, to take my eternal self blood, your brother, from your hand.
LITV Translation:
And now you are cursed more than the ground which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand.
ESV Translation:
And now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And now thou art cursed from the earth which has opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand.

Is Yahweh cursing? Not exactly. This is a passive participle masculine singular = he who is cursed or execrated as in, people curse or hate him. “Bless those who curse you, supplicate around those who revile you.” Luke 6:28 literal. “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become for us a curse, because it is written, Cursed is the whole of the one hanging on a wood.” Gal. 3:3 literal
