and Ewe is saying, `Wrestlings of elohim I have wrestled with my sister, also, I have been able.`

And Rachel said, With struggles of God I have struggled with my sister; yea, I have been able. And she called his name Naphtali.

ESV Translation:
Then Rachel said, “With mighty wrestlings I have wrestled with my sister and have prevailed.” So she called his name Naphtali.

And Rachel said, God has helped me, and I contended with my sister and prevailed; and she called his name, Naphtali.
