LITV Translation:
And Laban said to him, If I have found favor in your eyes, stay. I have seen omens, also Jehovah has blessed me because of you.
ESV Translation:
But Laban said to him, “If I have found favor in your sight, I have learned by divination that the LORD has blessed me because of you.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And Laban said to him, If I have found grace in thy sight, I would augur well, for the Lord has blessed me at thy coming in.

Strong’s #5172, nachash. To hiss like a snake. A primitive root; properly, to hiss, i.e. Whisper a (magic) spell. The noun nechash #5174 means brass/bronze and nachash #5175 means serpent/snake.
