And Yahweh is summoning/calling elohim toward the Red-one, and is saying to-himself, `Where is yourself?`

RBT Paraphrase:

How?

And He Is mighty ones is summoning toward the Man, and he is saying to himself, "How?"

"Are they ashamed that they have made a detestable thing? Yea indeed, he has been ashamed, they are not ashamed! And they have not perceived to feel the disgrace! Therefore they are falling within the fallen ones! Within the appointed time of their visitation they are stumbling! He Is has spoken!"
