The Ground is another allegory that represents Adam as flesh and blood and thus is called adamah (feminine) in Hebrew. Blood is dam (#1818). Red is adom (#119). Dung is domen (#1828). Damascus is Dammeseq which is a compound of of the words blood and sackcloth. Sackcloth (#8242) is symbolic for corrupt flesh. “Now this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Queen of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.” 1 Cor. 15:50 |
