And Yahweh is saying toward Father-of-Tumult, `Why this one? ContentiousWoman has laughed, to say, Truly really am I bearing and myself has grown old?

And Jehovah said to Abraham, Why has Sarah laughed at this, saying, Indeed, truly shall I bear, even I who am old?

ESV Translation:
The LORD said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Shall I indeed bear a child, now that I am old?’

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And the Lord said to Abraham, Why is it that Sarah has laughed in herself, saying, Shall I then indeed bear? but I am grown old.
