And Yahweh is dashing-in-pieces אֶת-them from there above the faces of the whole of the Earth, and they are quitting to build the City.

And Jehovah scattered them from there, over the face of all the earth. And they stopped building the city.

ESV Translation:
So the LORD dispersed them from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city.

And the Lord scattered them thence over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city and the tower.
