Revelation 17:12

Καὶ τὰ δέκα κέρατα, ἃ εἶδες, δέκα βασιλεῖς εἰσίν, οἵτινες βασιλείαν οὔπω ἔλαβον, ἀλλ᾽ ἐξουσίαν ὡς βασιλεῖς μίαν ὥραν λαμβάνουσι μετὰ τοῦ θηρίου.

And the Ten Horns which you perceived, they are ten kings, anyone who has not yet taken hold of a queen, but rather they are taking hold of an authority even as kings for one hour in company with the Wild Animal.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which took not yet the kingdom; but take power as kings one hour with the beast.

LITV Translation:
And the ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will receive authority as kings one hour with the beast.

ESV Translation:
And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast.
