Matthew 16:23

The Greek σκάνδαλον εἶ ἐμοῦ is in the genitive, "you are a scandal of myself." Rendering it "to myself" is changing it/covering it up.

ὑπάγω is not "go" or "get." It means "bring under" or "lead under." Helps Word Studies provides us help:
