Οὗτός ἐστι περὶ οὗ γέγραπται, Ἰδού, ἐγὼ ἀποστέλλω τὸν ἄγγελόν μου πρὸ προσώπου σου, ὃς κατασκευάσει τὴν ὁδόν σου ἔμπροσθέν σου.

This one is around him whom it has been written/drawn— Behold! I am sending the Angel of Myself in front of the face of yourself, he who will construct/arrange the Road of yourself in front of yourself!

This is he of whom it has been written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, who shall prepare thy way before thee.
