Luke 20:26

Καὶ οὐκ ἴσχυσαν ἐπιλαβέσθαι αὐτοῦ ῥήματος ἐναντίον τοῦ λαοῦ· καὶ θαυμάσαντες ἐπὶ τῇ ἀποκρίσει αὐτοῦ, ἐσίγησαν.

And they were not able to seize upon his word before the people: and having wondered at his answer, they were silent.

LITV Translation:
And they were not able to lay hold of His speech before the people. And marveling at His answer, they were silent.

ESV Translation:
And they were not able in the presence of the people to catch him in what he said, but marveling at his answer they became silent.
