ἕκαστος δὲ πειράζεται, ὑπὸ τῆς ἰδίας ἐπιθυμίας ἐξελκόμενος καὶ δελεαζόμενος.

And each is tempted from his own lust, being drawn out, and decoyed.

But each one is tempted by his own lusts, having been drawn out and having been seduced by them .
