Διεμαρτύρατο δέ πού τις λέγων, Τί ἐστιν ἄνθρωπος, ὅτι μιμνῄσκῃ αὐτοῦ; Ἢ υἱὸς ἀνθρώπου, ὅτι ἐπισκέπτῃ αὐτόν;

Διεμαρτύρατο - calling gods and men to witness, protest solemnly

And he protested solemnly somewhere, someone who is saying, "What is a man that you are remembering himself, or a son of a man that you are visiting himself,

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And somewhere a certain one testified, saying, What is man, that thou rememberest him? or the son of man, that thou reviewest him?

LITV Translation:
but one fully testified somewhere, saying, "What is man, that You are mindful of him; or the son of man, that You look upon him?

ESV Translation:
It has been testified somewhere, “What is man, that you are mindful of him, or the son of man, that you care for him?
