Ἡ γὰρ κατὰ Θεὸν λύπη μετάνοιαν εἰς σωτηρίαν ἀμεταμέλητον κατεργάζεται· ἡ δὲ τοῦ κόσμου λύπη θάνατον κατεργάζεται.

For grief according to God works repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but grief of the world works death.

LITV Translation:
For the grief according to God works repentance to salvation, not to be regretted. But the grief of the world works out death.

ESV Translation:
For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death.
