Permission to Quote the RBT
The text of the RBT (RealBible Translation) may be quoted in any form (written, visual, electronic, or audio) without express written permission of The RealBible Project. We don’t impose limits on what you can quote.
Notice of copyright should appear as follows on the title page, copyright page, or the section where the quoted material appears:
“Scripture quotations taken from the (RBT) RealBible Translation, Copyright © Now by The RealBible Project. Used by permission. All rights reserved. realbible.tech”
We are not discriminatory, nor are bothered about where or who quotes or uses the RBT. We don’t enforce any theological alignments, specific orthodoxies, or compliance with any statements, confessions, or doctrines of faith.
Use of Images
All images associated with the RBT are copyrighted and may not be distributed, sold, or used commercially. For any additional inquiries regarding the use of images, please contact RBTP.
Not-for-sale Media
The RBT is not for sale. When quotations from the RBT text are used in certain not-for-sale print material, such as church bulletins, orders of service, posters, or similar media, the abbreviation (RBT) may simply be used after the quotation.
When quotations from the RBT text are used in certain not-for-sale digital media, such as presentation slides, digital orders of service, or similar media, the abbreviation (RBT) may simply be used after the quotation.
For other digital media, such as social media posts, blogs, or email the abbreviation (RBT) may simply be used along with the quotation provided it is a click-enabled web link to realbible.tech, when possible.
For web pages or apps the full copyright notice should be used with www.realbible.tech being a click-enabled web link.
Video & Audio Recordings and Streaming Media
When quotations from the RBT text are used in video or audio recordings or streaming media, the following statement should be included in the video or audio file, “Scripture quotations taken from the RBT (RealBible Translation) Copyright 2024 by The RealBible Project. Used by permission. All rights reserved.”
If the video or audio is available for download for offline access, the same copyright notice must be on the web page and in the app and be a click-enabled web link to www.realbible.tech.
